Grannyknot Fri 17-Feb-17 18:27:31

Ouch. And framed too.

Just about sums him up! A completely narcissistic plonker, probably only looked at the photo to make sure the hair was in place, didn't bother to check the words.

Christinefrance Sat 18-Feb-17 08:09:47

At least he is a source of amusement even though he is such a danger as POTUS

Marydoll Sat 18-Feb-17 08:35:36

( to, too, two) Aargh!
He never fails to surprise me! If it wasn't so worrying, it would be very amusing.

Some people think,it is pedantic (s) to care, clearly DT is among them grin

gettingonabit Sat 18-Feb-17 09:39:35

There are thousands of products for people to buy with Trump on them. Some for Melania too.

Ankers Sat 18-Feb-17 09:45:31

Well perhaps not thousands? Hundreds though.

Ankers Sat 18-Feb-17 09:46:09

He wont have designed them!

Your point is.....? .

Just in case anybody thinks this was just a piece of Wal-Mart tat, it was Trump's official inauguration poster bearing the Seal of the President and his signature.
The poster, was up for sale on the Library of Congress website, bearing the lines: “No dream is too big, no challenge is to great. Nothing we want for the future is beyond our reach.”
AIBU to think you should read something before you sign it? hmm

Christinefrance Sat 18-Feb-17 10:17:58

No not unreasonable MawBroon, it does beg the question what were all the White House staff doing not proof reading something that would be so widely publicised.

Rinouchka Sat 18-Feb-17 13:38:09

Proofreading is only for purveyors of fake news.

Elegran Sat 18-Feb-17 13:41:52

The mistake in the text on the photo does make a comment on the man in the image, though, doesn't it? Sort of "Read the small print". Maybe the White House staff were aware of that and let it stand?

Christinefrance Sat 18-Feb-17 13:48:31

Ha didn't think of that Elegran smile

Isabella1 Mon 20-Feb-17 08:57:32

Kellyanne Conway defended the poster commenting "Donald is giving alternative spelling"

MawBroon Mon 20-Feb-17 09:49:46

hmm Apparently it WAS withdrawn from sale when somebody noticed.
