tiredoldwoman

ok let's change it and see what we get !
I'm giving up being grumpy until Christmas .
Oops punctuation mistake .

I like it tiredoldwoman. You could substitute other words, depending on your target audience. Eg for DH send some Christmas cheer with “alluring”. For curious grandchildren “secretive”.

I have added beery treats fkr xmas to my next online shop. Unfortunately alcohol free beer doesnt quite have the same effects! Otoh I can drink lots of it!!

Sounds a good plan.

I don't drink alcohol at all, so I can't really join in. Sadly, that means I can't lose weight by giving it up, either! I am always entertained though, by how the meaning of any sentence can be changed with either punctuation or just emphasis!

Lynn Truss got there first (by around 15 years!) with her "Eats, shoots and leaves". What a difference that comma after 'eats' makes, haha!

Laugh a while...

We all know the difference wrong punctuation can make! I do like your friend's style, though. A definite keeper.
