Or more to her liking.
I found myself doing that in a charity shop that sold furniture.
I was trying to get them more sales by making it look more attractive.
They actually had some good pieces at good prices. BHF.

She's probably painted a "pop" of colour on one of the walls, I reckon.

One person might have used slightly unusual terminology. But what about the other comments.

I’d be very wary,personally. Could mean it was a mess and needed a lot of tidying. I don’t believe it was a positive comment!
