Happy Birthday and many happy returns.
Daughter numero uno was over with grandkids last week- and we actually worked out that our Pudding (a rescue from Leicester) - is much older than we even thought. We got her in 92- and the vet told us then she was about 4 years old- she had lots of kittens when found in a cardboard box by the M1/M69 junction- and was a big cat with a saggy belly to the ground ... So she is about 30 - yiiikes.
She is still so happy and nimble, eats well, purrs like a trouper- so probably has more time to come. She now lives upstairs in our bedroom, bathroom and 1st guest room- her own happy suite ...
Only trouble is when she does decide to be alarm clock... by using her tray for numero due at 5am- as she did this morning
thanks Pudpud. Had to get up and 'deal with' offending issue- then go back to sleep.
