We've had to say goodbye to far too many dogs over the years

It's just heartbreaking

So sorry merlot to hear about Millie. Most difficult decision, but the kindest one we can make for them. We know when they look into our eyes when they are tired.

So sorry Merlot she knew she had a loving home and was well loved. It is heart wrenching and you never forget an animal.

It is always a heart wrenching time when one of our beloved pets go. Everyone of them loving and loyal to the last with their own way of being part of the family.

I still have the ashes of our last dog, years later but I still can’t let go of him just yet.

Merlot, you have my total sympathy. This year I have lost three uncles, two cousins, a friend and then my beloved Mum. We had to make the call to the vet in October for one of my cats who had also defied all prognoses by several months. It was just the final straw, although the last act of kindness we could give him. The price we pay for loving eh? My heart goes out to you xx

So sorry Merlot. Millie will always have a place in your heart and will not be forgotten. (We lost Jessy, cat, not dog, 10 years ago this week. She was such a good friend in her 16 years on this earth).
