Plaque on dogs teeth

Has anyone tried NutriPaw water additive to help manage stains and plaque on their dogs teeth? My 8 year border collie has a build up of either tartar or plaque on her canine teeth ( I know they’re all canine in a dog but you know what I mean) and she won’t let me clean her teeth for longer than 3 seconds. I’ve seen this product advertised. I would rather have a recommendation from someone who has used it rather than go off an advert on Facebook though so any advice very welcome.

Stanley is fine this morning, we had a lead walk and he's eaten his soft food with relish. Just to be clear, he's my third BT and I've been able to brush the teeth of one quite easily, one needed a lot of persuasion and time and Stanley, who is actually the sweetest of all three, just says no very clearly and definitely despite me doing all the usual stuff when he was a pup.

I buy the dental sticks for my elderly dog but they don't work, although she does enjoy them. She had 10 teeth out a couple of years ago and I've noticed that the plaque is back. I'm going to try the plaque off.

That’s good to know. My daughters little terrier is probably going to have a wobbly tooth removed. She went from having really good teeth to having plaque very suddenly and when the dog groomer gave them a clean she noticed a loose one.

I've tried a few of these for our 9 year old retriever. It put her off drinking her water so that's now ruled out. I don't want to put her through an anaesthetic 'just' to have here teeth cleaned, so until someone comes up with something better, she's stuck with her dirty looking teeth. Her warm heart more than makes up for it!
