I HATE selfish fishermen

So sorry -the fisher men should be made to pay the Vet’s Bill.
They should lose their fishing licence, if there is such a thing.

I am sorry to hear about your poor dog. I hope he will soon be feeling better. Some of the sea fisherman are bad enough but we see discarded hooks and line at our local lake too. Ducks and swans get their beaks and feet tangled up in it. It's sheer lazy and thoughtless to leave it behind.

Most plastic and pollution in the ocean is generated by the fishing industry, plus the extinction of species. There should be a ban on polluting industrial fishing and polluting the of ocean should be criminal offences. Sorry about your dog, and sorry for the millions of other creatures affected.

Those who ignore the dangers of abandoned fishing equipment to marine life and other animals.
My dog swallowed a fishing line on the beach this morning, and the hook is lodged in his stomach. My poor boy has had an xray, an endoscopy and now stomach surgery. I have paid out nearly £2,500.
Selfish, inconsiderate fishermen.
