On the floor of my bedroom.

In a small wooden box filled with hay in the garden grin

In my crate, down stairs, with the radio on quietly to cover the noisy next door neighbours and stop me barking at every tiny sound.
I just want to warn my Mum but she wants to sleep!!

No swap needed as she sleeps next to me!

Starting the night in her huge cushion, but finishing the night in the centre of the bed, with more than she gives me.

Same. In fact I would have more room.

I am sorry to say that I no longer have cats but when I did, I could be - in the airing cupboard with the door open - in a cardboard box - in the middle of the upstairs hall where a warm pipe ran under the floor boards - on top of the wardrobe ready to jump down when I wake up no matter what the time is. Or sleeping on top of myself ready to stick my tongue in my ear and start licking when I think it is time for me to wake up (usually around 3am).

I still miss them all.

Since he will spend the night out hunting the local rodents he will only finally come in at around 6am. At that point he will curl up in his doughnut bed, on the bottom of my bed and start on a solid eight hour sleep.

In the past, I would be sleeping behind the television. Not very likely, since I am considerably larger than a cat.

Molly cat is already asleep on the other end of the sofa to me ,fast asleep.
She will be there now until morning.
I would be quite happy there as it very comfortable and I have spent the odd night sleeping there.
She also likes sleeping on my bed but I have had to resort to closing the door as she has been bringing mice in daily recently, I found a tiny one in my bed a couple of weeks ago very much alive.

In a secret place in the neighbourhood. Back promptly at 7.30 for breakfast.

On the window seat in the kitchen watching the nocturnal comings and goings and dozing.

Wrapped around a head on a pillow! So very warm and comfy…..for one of us! Purring doesn’t help.

The other side of a king size bed?

Witzend Wed 22-Apr-26 21:27:48

When we still had our last dog, I’d be curled up on top of our duvet.

Previous dog, I’d be lying on the carpet next to my side of the bed.

If I were one of DD’s cats, I’d be snuggled up on the pillow right next to one or other of the Gdcs.

LadyGracie Wed 22-Apr-26 22:26:10

Molly sleeps on her own pillow between ours pillows, purrs herself to sleep and is there all night.

On my thick doggy mattress in my pen in the warm lounge - after I’ve had my nighttime treat.

Obviously previous answers weren't satisfactory enough.

Either on the other side of the bed, or curled up on the sofa downstairs. Both very comfortable indeed.

On the bottom of my bed on top of my dressingown , which is now covered in cat hair!
