Just read an article in the Guardian about how sex may help to keep your brain active. I find my memory is getting worse as I get older - more like a sieve everyday in fact - and I have to admit that sex is a rarity for me these days. That's not to say that I'm not satisfied (I'm in a very happy marriage), but I wonder if there's something to this. Does anyone find that sex helps them mentally - or is it more about being satisfied and happy than improving cognitive functions? Thanks in advance
