How can someone judge for themsleves whether they have a good and kind heart?

I am always very wary of people, who claim to be kind and caring, it is usually a cloak to hide some really nasty attitudes.

I am kind and thoughtful to my friends and would go through hell, fire and water for them.

I am ruthless to my enemies and would pursue them to the gates of hell.

Oh I have ❤️ well, actually I don’t as all it really does, important tho it is, is to pump blood around the body.Any goodness and kindness originates in the mind.

Definitely not, I have a bad and unkind heart. Ask anyone who knows me.

I think (and sincerely hope) so. For example I would welcome friends and family indoors even if they hadn't let me know in advance. Also I would be happy to share the bill equally with friends and family irrespective of what each individual had consumed.
