spiritual healing

I am very tempted to seek out some spiritual healing. I know my late husband had severe arthritis in his neck and two ladies from the Baptist chapel put their hands near his neck (didn't touch him!), said some prayers and he never had pain from that day on. I have got problems with my voicebox, larynx and throat and think perhaps it wouldn't help to give it a shot. Does anyone have any advice, or experience here?

If I remember rightly willsandco was one of our much loved members. She was diagnosed with MND and showed great dignity and bravery throughout. I don't think we have heard from her for a long time so fear the worst has happened but hope I am wrong. Thank you for bringing her to our attention. I have been re-reading some of her posts.
