If it has been going on so long why has he not taken action against these scammers?
Because it isn't just one or two people behind it. When a fake video like this is made and published, possible anonymously or under an assumed name, it gets shared by other people on their own Fb pages - mostly because it sounds like a great idea by a famous financial advisor, which as many people as possible ought to know about - and then their friends share it and pass it on until it is travelling round the world. After a a while it becomes impossible to trace it back to where it originated.
I remember years ago, before the internet, someone very sensible telling me about a marvellous heart diet, supposedly circulated by a heart association, which they had heard about. It had some rather strange items in it, none of which were things I liked, so I didn't do anything with it. I saw and heard about it on and off for a while, then a genuine heart specialist said that the contents of it had no particular benefit to the hearts, quite the opposite in fact, and the heart association it was supposed to be created by denied all connection with it. Someone was "havin' a laff" at the sheep who had followed it.
There was another "diet" too, which included having cabbage soup as a starter before every meal. That must have had explosive results!
