Not really a scam or fraud, but I wasn't sure where else to put it.

I have just found out that if you have an Amazon account, they keep a description of you, based on what you have bought.

To see what they think they know about you, sign in to your account, and click through these pages to eventually reach it. You can see what they have deduced about you - and delete it or expand on it if you wish.

Sign in to Amazon
Select "Accounts and Lists" which takes you to "Your account"
Scroll down to "Ordering and shopping preferences" and select it.
Scroll down to "Your shopping preferences" and select it.
Scroll down to "About you" and select it.
Scroll down to "Manage your information"
