May I just mention, however, that I have not yet received The Trundlers by the lovely Yorkshire man. Not complaining - it's great to receive free books anyway! But thought I would mention it. smile

I could have done with you yesterday, Geraldine! It took three phone calls to get my £50 back from KwikFit after they took money off me instead of refunding. There's a niche for someone who will retrieve money, goods and services for people.

I would just like to say that I am available for chasing missing parcels, ringing up to complain about faulty bills, chasing the gas man, holding on for the call centre and following up emails about money waiting for you in an account in Nigeria.

I have been onto the publishers about this. We're trying to track down who was responsible at their end. Hope to clear it up in the next few days - will keep you posted hmm
