A lot of people don't give a stuff what happens to the elderly. This country is turning into somewhere that's not very nice to grow old in. We're called GRANSnet which suggests we might care about our future.

I can't say I get excited about UNICEF or WaterAid when there are so many care issues to be addressed.

Any idea why we should care whether or not people think we are technology savvy?

Otherwise the message might come across as, "Oh please look after us. We're old --as well as daft--"

What does it matter what a young people's forum would or would not do?

I would suggest something like WaterAid. Or UNICEF.

As the site is for grandparents, I think I you would have to have at least a couple of men in it.

I've only just read this. If it happens, my vote for charity would be Age Concern. I don't have the technology or skills to take a photograph. Would it be "organised"

Galen Shouldn't the people doing the donating have a say about which charities are chosen to benefit?

Only people willing to participate are eligible to vote on the charity.
