DH and I have just finished a very lovely plate of sweet and sour [roast chicken] and rice. I made plenty for three because I thought that my DS was coming for lunch. So there is plenty left for supper.

It's a really nice chicken. It's not tofu! it's juicy and succulent and it had a very happy little life roaming free in a sunny field.
