What on earth is it supposed to be? "From how to look chic over 50"

CHIC! CHIC! Some very dodgy looking androgynous being wearing a suit and tie with the most awful glasses, (not to mention the eyebrows!) followed by "to advice on 'retired husband syndrome' " with a sort of budget range younger Kiri te Kanawa look-a-like with either very unrealistic dentures or photo shopped teeth.
