Dear GNHQ. Could you please read this very carefully as it is a bit complicated. It's about a poster with the monica of "whatanuisancea bc123" or something like that. Here is the case for your consider

A few days ago, there was a thread. I can't remember which one it was, or exactly when it was. Sorry.

Anyway, *Whata (as title) happened to remark, in reply to another poster, that she rather wished she hadn't chosen that name. She felt it did her no justice. Others simply felt it was too long to type.

What I would like to put to you for your consideration is whether or not you might be able to relax your no-name-changing rule, just this once, (well, apart from a few others that have jumped on the bandwagon decided they don't like their monicas either hmm) and allow her to change her name to WOT. We had a thread where posters (there was a huge interest in this confused) put up suggestions. This one - WOT - is the name she has chosen.

Your attention, and reply, after an appropriate length of time and consideration, would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think her name is Monica, but she doesn't like her "monicker" .
Isn't this between wot and GNHQ anyway?

wota, have you emailed HQ with a direct request for them to change your name? Cut to the quick, old bean (so to speak)!

No! Do not go down the un-registering route. I think they have cottoned on to that one and it's not so easy anymore.

I think the reason no one has replied yet will be because the big guns (Cari, Lara, and Luce) are perhaps having an extra day off, and no one at HQ knows what to do. We need to be patient.

Sorry I have not been on thread. Went to Marks and Sparks.
