I think I might have been Grannylin65.

Has that dragon been down there amongst the other emotis all the time? Or has it been brought out for St David's day?

And how come you can type stdavidsday in square brackets and get exactly the same emoti as when you type 'daffodil' in square brackets?

No it hasn't always been there. It'll probably reappear on St George's day.
