Thanks, Lucy. Shall do. I'm using Safari on an iPad5.

Hi thatbags sorry, we've only just seen this! blush Do always feel free to give us a nudge by reporting something so that we get a notification of it and can get back to you asap.

Re. the problem you're having, could you email us with a screen grab of the message/error that comes up (if one does) when it happens? As well as the browser and device that you're using. We haven't heard of it happening to anyone else at the moment, but we'll certainly take a look.

Meanwhile, I have done a SHOUT.

Bugger "Dear". They have been v rude. [ExtraBigHumph!]

Put out a "Dear GNHQ". In capital letters.

Only on Gransnet.

I'm a bit pissed off about no reply from HQ or Tech. Even if they don't know what it is they could acknowledge my post [BigHumph emoji]

thatbags is it only happening on Gransnet or on all sites? That is the important question. If it is on other sites then it is your computer and as NotTooOld says you might benefit from some maintenance (look on your control panel). As no-one else is reporting problems it is probably your computer. Have you tried a different (the word just escapes me at the moment blush) if you are using Explorer try Chrome.

HQ, it just happened again on this thread and three times on another. Any idea what's going on?

thatbags Wed 06-Apr-16 10:03:10

Thanks, NTO. What's a defrag?

NotTooOld Tue 05-Apr-16 21:48:00

Hi, thatbags! I have not had your problem but I hope you soon get it sorted as it does sound very annoying. Perhaps it's just a temporary blip or perhaps your computer needs a defrag? Sorry I'm not much help but I didn't like you getting no replies!

thatbags Tue 05-Apr-16 09:41:23

It has just happened three times with this thread when I was trying to go back to the Active list.

Over the last few days, when I have loaded a thread page to read it, an error message has come up and the page has had to be reloaded. It's rather irritating.
