Do always feel free to give us a nudge by reporting something so that we get a notification of it and can get back to you asap.
Re. the problem you're having, could you email us with a screen grab of the message/error that comes up (if one does) when it happens? As well as the browser and device that you're using. We haven't heard of it happening to anyone else at the moment, but we'll certainly take a look.
thatbags is it only happening on Gransnet or on all sites? That is the important question. If it is on other sites then it is your computer and as NotTooOld says you might benefit from some maintenance (look on your control panel). As no-one else is reporting problems it is probably your computer. Have you tried a different (the word just escapes me at the moment ) if you are using Explorer try Chrome.
