Not getting daily updates

I have been used to getting my gransnet fix everyday until recently. They suddenly stopped and even though I entered my email address again to receive them, they are still not appearing.

Silversurf, have you got GN in your contacts if not the emails may be in your junk file.

silversurf if you could check your junk mail as GrannyGravy13 suggested that would be great as it may have ended up there. However, we are having some issues with our daily emails being sent out, which our tech team are working to fix.

We've got our fingers crossed that everyone will be getting their daily GN fix very soon smile

We've had a couple of messages this morning from gransnetters saying that they have started to receive the daily GN update email. Hopefully this means it's fixed but if you're still having issues receiving the email please do let us know smile

For BT internet users - it's not us, it's them!

Some of you who are currently using a BT internet address have told us you have not been receiving the Gransnet Daily newsletter. sad

We've been looking into this and have discovered that the issue is widespread and unfortunately, it's out of our hands - the problem appears to be at BT's end.

At this point, we would recommend two courses of action. The first is to change the email address connected to your Gransnet account. If you have a Gmail address, this would be ideal - please don't change to a Yahoo email, as they are connected to BT.

Secondly, it might be worth taking this up with BT, who may be able to sort the problem out.

Thanks, email address now changed. However I still don't get the daily newsletters....
