Or how I've decided that the curtains I was trying in the bedroom might be more suited to the sitting room of an elderly lady in the 1970/1980's.

And that Minnie seems to have developed some rather odd behaviour, which leads her to decide that I am definitely a potential cat murderer, leading her to dash up the stairs like a whopper on steroids, scattering rugs in her small but perfectly formed wake.

Other than that, all pretty boring, really.

Oh, I see, phoenix. It's just that HQ have said to flag things up on the "Site Stuff" forum because they will always look there in case there are problems they need to know about. I tend to think of Site Stuff as only for things one wants HQ to respond to.

I usually check "I'm on" posts. Then "Last day"
During the night I look at "last hour" to see who else is posting in the wee small hours.
I rarely check according to headings unless I'm looking for something specific like Netflix recommendations.

I wondered for a minute if we’d been invaded by Americans but now I see it was an autocorrect error. ?.
I very seldom read the AIBU threads (took me a long time to figure out what it meant). Sometimes funny, mostly posters wanting others to agree with their opinions.
I always try and spot a phoenix thread though as they usually guarantee a laugh. ?

Don't know if it's the same thing but, over on MN, posters admit to putting their posts on AIBU because they're assured of a response because there's more traffic on the AIBU threads, rather than chat.

I saw the jewellery one and wondered whether it was reasonable for it to be there but as a newbie who am I to say

Namsnanny, like kitty I tend to read in chronological order (and, like you don't bother with certain topics) but I do tend to have a look at "AIBU" posts so that I can see if they are being unreasonable!

I just read in a chronological order, missing out those I don't like eg 'games'.

I've always assumed they just don't understand the acronym, so as its the first on the list of suggested forums (under A) they pop their post there!

I don't think it's worth bothering HQ about this. It's not as if they'll have time to sift through and move stuff to more appropriate forums.
