No email content

Morning.
I sometimes receive PM's, from my GN friends, and have always put them into a separate email folder.
A couple of days ago, all the contents of these emails disappeared.
The list of senders is there, but their messages have gone?
I use an IPad, and it is also the same on my phone.

I received a PM yesterday/ today, and the same thing has happened.
Can you please help?

Having exactly the same problem...just received two PMs but everything is blank..

I thought I had done something wrong, but sorry to hear that you are having the same problem farview.
Natashagransnet, I had notification of your PM to me, in my in box, but of course, it is completely blank!
I am attaching screenshots of the PM and the blank screen when I try to view in my inbox.

Is it on mobile/tablet only? Can you see the messages on desktop?

Before phones could send emails, I used to send Mr P a blank text message to show that I wasn't talking to him blush

Quick update: it does look like there is a temporary glitch which our tech team is looking into. For now, if you do get an email notification and the link isn't working, you can still access your messages by going to them directly from the Gransnet site (instead of clicking on the link in your emails).
​So, if you go here www.gransnet.com/pm you should be able to read your emails.

I can access my PM's by the roundabout route, but still cannot read them, as I should be able to do.
All I get that way, is a blank screen, as before.
Any progress on unravelling the problem?

Gillybob, have you tried LaraGransnet's tip?

When I clicked on View your Inbox, I got this.
I do not belong to Mumsnet.

If I click on View your Message. All was well.
