Hello Lara I can access my PM's by the roundabout route, but still cannot read them, as I should be able to do. All I get that way, is a blank screen, as before. Any progress on unravelling the problem?
Quick update: it does look like there is a temporary glitch which our tech team is looking into. For now, if you do get an email notification and the link isn't working, you can still access your messages by going to them directly from the Gransnet site (instead of clicking on the link in your emails). So, if you go here www.gransnet.com/pm you should be able to read your emails. Hope that helps while we work on getting it sorted.
I thought I had done something wrong, but sorry to hear that you are having the same problem farview. Natashagransnet, I had notification of your PM to me, in my in box, but of course, it is completely blank! I am attaching screenshots of the PM and the blank screen when I try to view in my inbox.
Morning. I sometimes receive PM's, from my GN friends, and have always put them into a separate email folder. A couple of days ago, all the contents of these emails disappeared. The list of senders is there, but their messages have gone? I use an IPad, and it is also the same on my phone.
I received a PM yesterday/ today, and the same thing has happened. Can you please help? Many thanks
