Attention HQ - Iam64

Iam64 is still unable to post. She has done all the obvious things - cleared her cache, reinstalled her browser, danced naked at midnight- all to no avail. She has contacted you but is no further forward.

The issue is not affecting her ability to post on other sites, including Mumsnet, which is even more mysterious.

Can you help her please? Her posts are missed, and her neighbours are complaining about the crowds that are gathering every midnight.

Hi all

We've been in touch with Iam about the issues quite a bit - we're working really hard to get to the bottom of it, but it's a tricky one to replicate. We're going to keep trying to get it sorted, though.

After writing a longish, much edited post aiming fir perfection, I posted and got the cow Moo-ve page yesterday and couldn’t post. Am beginning to feel it’s not worth spending the time if some post but more don’t.

Her neighbours have petitioned the council to see if they can get a turnstile fitted at the end of the road. Apparently they could make a fortune from the ticket sales.

Caroline: I’ve replied to the four GNHQ emails to me about the MOO message, sending all the info and snapshots but you say you can’t replicate this error message at your end.
What’s the best way to send a video?

It happens on my iPhone and MacBook Pro.

If anyone is still getting the moo message could you drop us a line at [email protected] If you could let us know the device you are using and how you are accessing the site (app, main site etc) that would be really helpful. Screen shots or videos of what's happening are also really useful.
