Can you try cancelling the message and starting a new one, with a new subject line? That should sort things out.

That is a workaround. We need a solution.

There is a problem with replying just now. You have to start a new message.

Sodapop, you should be able to reply to a private message, simply be writing your reply under the PM you received, but if I understood you correctly this isn't happening.

Did you try going back to the person's original post and clicking on private message there, writing your reply there and sending it?

If neither works, you need to get onto GN about it.

Me too. I can't send, for some reason.

Would it work if you went into the private message box on one of the posters posts as opposed to trying to answer on your inbox sodapop or have you tried that ?

Go into your Inbox and select New Message. Send as a new message rather than a reply. I have had confirmation that my message was received.
It is not a solution, simply a work around. I shall notify GNHQ.

I'm new to GN and have had 3 PM s today. I have replied but now not sure if they were actually received after reading these posts from sodapop and esspee. How do we compose a private message?

I had the same problem today. When I pressed post a white rectangle came up with the word CLOSE.
I solved the problem. Instead of using the reply screen I simply sent them a message which worked.
