I get that thing where the page goes blank too very regularly.
At least a couple of times a day. And then sometimes it comes up with the Gateway Error Page.

Oh yes, I got a blank page today, the first time it's happened in fact; I thought it was going to be one of those pop-ups, even larger covering the whole page but it was blank.
And the Gateway Error thingy.

I like the new italics though.

I only get them on my phone and none of them work.

Here is The Gilded Age Fanny about 12 posts down on TV page.

I was surprised by these 3 new links this morning. What is the point? What is the difference between Active and Trending? And any new threads will appear at the top of the Active list anyway. Or " Last hour".

Instead of fiddling about devising useless features like these, why don't they get the techies to program something we actually want? (OP subsequent posts in green, edit function, the option to hide a whole group of conversations in one fell swoop e.g. Games)

Not in Active, and not when I look under the Arts & TV subforum.

This isn’t the first time that this has happened; there was a thread about Harry & Meghan that I could not see until a poster gave me a link.

What’s going on there?
It must be happening to others as well - it is extremely hard to know what you cannot see!

Mine working as normal, but no new.

I’m the same as you Grandmabatty. For the past 2 days when I open the site in the usual way the home page is covered by an advert. Yesterday it was Cancer Research UK and today it’s a Mumsnet ad. I can’t close the ads and the small part of the trending list that’s visible at the bottom of the screen disappears up behind the advert when I try to scroll. The ad that’s blocking my view is mostly blank apart from the heading. I’m on mobile site. Anyone else getting this?

I’m using my iPad and nothing has changed. The Trending list is top right, and I can click on it as usual. Active is on the left, the first in a line which continues I’m on, watching, unanswered, etc. Nothing new at all, and working as usual.
