Why do I have to keep signing in?

For the past couple of days, I've had to sign in every time I've gone on to Gransnet on my phone. Before that, I signed in once and stayed signed in unless I positively signed out. I have ticked the "Keep me signed in button", but that doesn't help. Could it have anything to do with a recent upgrade to IoS 17?

I haven't had my iPhone for very long and don't understand what is going on, so any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance. smile

It has always been the same for me. I joined a few months ago and I have always had to sign in if I want to go to My Gransnet. It wouldn't be so bad if my email address and user name were in the right order but the user name is where the email address should be and vice versa. Not sure how that happened, but if I use my phone I have to correct it each time before I can proceeed.

It happens to me occasionally but if I go to the 3 lines on bottom left of screen which show all the windows open and "close all" (android phone) it seems to sort it out without having to log in again. Often sorts other issues too.
