Anyone having problems contacting Admin?

I'm not sure how long it normally takes for Admin to respond, but I have not received a reply to my emails which I sent yesterday and today. They have normally responded within a few hours in the past. Perhaps they are all out Christmas shopping 😄😄.

Anyone else having problems? I don't want to make a nuisance of myself but it's something I consider important that I need help with.

I emailed last week about updating my email address as there seems to be no way to do it myself on gransnet. Still no reply from admin.

Email/contact Mumsnet they reply quickly and it’s the same admin team

A short while ago I emailed asking them to sort a problem I got a next day reply that they were happy to help and absolutely zero help since the problem never was sorted !!!

Having trouble posting, no answer from admin. Have tried changing username but keep getting told I do not own it
