No way to add a picture to a post.

I've just looked at yesterday's Good Morning thread, and yes, there is a pic on there, but if I pretend I am posting a comment on that thread, there is still no way to post a pic. It must have only just happened!

Someone posted a picture on the good morning thread yesterday, so if it’s been taken down, it must have been since then. Shame if it has. I’ve never seen anything on GN that could be considered contravertial.

The facility has probably been removed because of the illegal images posted on Mumsnet recently? The ability to post pictures was removed on Mumsnet as a result.

This is what it says under "How to use Gransnet" -

"Whether you’re starting a new thread or posting on an existing one, under the box where you type your message, you’ll find an option that says Images: and beside it are three Choose file buttons. Simply click on one of the buttons, select the file you’d like to upload from your device and it will be added to your post. If you change your mind, you can delete the file by clicking on the Remove image text."

It doesn't work!!

Am I hallucinating, or didn't there used to be VERY RECENTLY a way to add a photo or image to the post you were typing? I went to do that a few minutes ago, but below the text box there is no longer a way to select up to 3 pictures to be displayed beside my post.

What is going on? They can't add things that are frequently being asked for, yet they can take away something that gets used quite a lot!!
