I've cleared the afternoon of plans, made sure I have some popcorn in the house, and a cold beer in the fridge. Can't wait!

Well played Wales , quarter finals. Yeeees

So sorry Ireland, it is always so emotional playing against you

Anniebach Wed 22-Jun-16 09:40:36

Ireland through, fantastic,

Anniebach Tue 21-Jun-16 09:44:30

I so wish Scotland had qualified. We have to cheer NI on now Granny23 . I am just amazed we are in the last sixteen, I was amazed we qualified though smile

I admit I am taking delight in the fact the BBC sports commentators have to
adjust their reporting and acknowledge Wales and Ireland are there too.

So now it's come on Ireland

DanniRae Tue 21-Jun-16 08:50:47

WELL DONE WALES!! I am delighted for you smile

PRINTMISS Tue 21-Jun-16 08:05:09

Well done Wales. The o.h. sat in despair at England's performance. I don't watch.

Granny23 Mon 20-Jun-16 23:38:21

I was thinking of you AnnieBach when I heard the great result. As my team didn't qualify I'm a temporary Wales supporter.

Wales did so well but I think that England played very well- Slovakia defended brilliantly.

Anniebach Mon 20-Jun-16 21:57:09

Here is one very happy Welsh bunny , they were great

tanith Mon 20-Jun-16 21:55:55

Well done Wales just wish England could of got even 1 goal grin

gettingonabit Mon 20-Jun-16 21:54:04

Yay! Wales on top of group B ahead of Englandwine.

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 20:53:12

I agree Nandalot

DanniRae Thu 16-Jun-16 20:11:01

Yes, watched with my husband and son.

But really want Italy to win as daughter has done a sweepstake and I pulled them out - £24 coming my way if they win the whole thing! Wow!!

Nandalot Thu 16-Jun-16 19:40:37

Yes, Annieb, I'd only really thought abut the flag recently and the lack of representation for Wales. It should be changed but it won't be. ( Unless, and I sincerely hope not, the union is split). Sorry, bit off thread I know..

ginny Thu 16-Jun-16 19:37:37

No way I'd have watched it even if I were not enjoying the sun at Southwold.

merlotgran Thu 16-Jun-16 19:24:14

Well done, Northern Ireland. DGCs nearly went through the roof at the last goal.

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 16:26:32

Sorry but the union flag doesn't do it for both, Wales isn't on that flag

hildajenniJ Thu 16-Jun-16 16:23:26

Come on England!!! All credit to Wales, they played well, particularly in the first half. ?? Sorry, no England or Wales flags available Union flag will do for both ??.

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 16:20:37

Ireland needs our support now

mrsjones Thu 16-Jun-16 16:17:51

Not the result I'd hoped for but at least my BP back to normal now!!

tanith Thu 16-Jun-16 16:09:50

I hope it turns out that both teams end up going through they both played well and the fans behaved.

rosesarered Thu 16-Jun-16 16:08:14

Hooray says DH, England have won! He will be in a good mood for days now.grin
