I've cleared the afternoon of plans, made sure I have some popcorn in the house, and a cold beer in the fridge. Can't wait!

whitewave Thu 16-Jun-16 16:01:05

That's OK then

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 15:59:18

No Whitewave, England need this win badly or they would have had major problems , but Wales still in

Luckygirl Thu 16-Jun-16 15:58:32

No - it is a temptation that I am well able to resist!

whitewave Thu 16-Jun-16 15:56:29

Doesn't mean Wales is out though does it?

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 15:53:25

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 15:45:06

Nooooooo whitewave, but watching tv with sound off and listen to the commentary on BBC Cymru makes it easier to stick with it

whitewave Thu 16-Jun-16 15:40:22

Are you enjoying it annie?

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 15:38:30

Dewch ymlaen Cymru

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 15:37:00

A very wise decision Ana, saves the staff coping with all the phone calls this morning explaining most /children have a tummy bug. At least there were lessons this morning.

Ana Thu 16-Jun-16 15:32:16

I'm shocked, annie. So football's more important than education in your part of Wales, is it? grin

Pittcity Thu 16-Jun-16 15:29:16

No, because there is tennis on BBC2!

Anniebach Thu 16-Jun-16 14:58:36

Our High School have cancelled all lessons and the students are all in the assembly hall watching the match

Charleygirl Thu 16-Jun-16 14:55:54

I am also channel hopping but it is between Andy playing tennis and the football. Cannot class myself as English but I have lived here long enough, since 1968- longer than I stayed in Scotland.

gettingonabit Thu 16-Jun-16 14:55:39

England are not taking their chances. Wales have had one chance, and took it!!

sunseeker Thu 16-Jun-16 14:50:17

NO!!! I would rather chew glass!

gettingonabit Thu 16-Jun-16 14:45:32

YESSS!!!!! Go Wales!

felice Thu 16-Jun-16 14:21:36

Football, oh you mean the 22 overpaid men kicking a ball around, giving an excuse to yobs and hooligans to perpetrate violence and pretend they have a 'cause'. Football no.

POGS Thu 16-Jun-16 14:20:10

Yep I'm watching too.

Let the best team win.

Liz46 Thu 16-Jun-16 14:14:01

I tried to do some gardening to get away from the football but it is too hot and I started to go a bit dizzy bending over. So here I am trying to ignore the football with the windows firmly closed in case there is any bad language!

whitewave Thu 16-Jun-16 14:11:22

Well it's on but not watching it. DH is though.

tanith Thu 16-Jun-16 14:11:12

We're watching but I'm sitting on the fence, OH is also yelling at the tv.

gettingonabit Thu 16-Jun-16 14:09:57

Dunno. It's a bit weird. All the kids gone to school today in redgrin.

Great that Wales have got this far.

merlotgran Thu 16-Jun-16 14:09:47

We're watching and I'm wearing my headphones. Not listening to anything but they deaden the sound of DH yelling at the screen.
