Dave Ryding has won Britain's first alpine skiing World Cup gold medal with victory in the Kitzbuhel Slalom.
He trained on a dry ski slope in Lancashire and is the first British skier to win a gold medal in the 55-year history of the Alpine World Cup.
He will be representing GB in the Winter Olympics, starting in February.
Well done Dave!
