I keep missing the matches! From what I’ve heard of todays England game, though, I feel rather ashamed. The foul that was committed was far worse than what David Beckham did all those years ago

Just one player, Maybee and she got a red card.

At the end, the Nigerian goalkeeper lay on the pitch in despair and two England players went and consoled her and helped her up which was lovely to see.

Oh! DENMARK are out

MayBee70, don’t be ashamed. England didn’t play to their best for reasons I don’t know enough about to understand. The stamp was out of character and the player got a red so won’t play in the next match, maybe she will get a longer ban. Beckham came back after his outburst, I’m sure she will.
Imagine, England winning on penalties - I could barely watch but they did it.
As Callistemon said, the way England players went to console the Nigerian goal keeper was good to see.

It’s such a good tournament.
In the men’s tournaments, I supported Engerland of course but Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands - even one year Germany.
