Tour of Britain.

We often have these cycle things on more to watch the scenery than anything. But currently fascinated watching it go through our local area, mainly because all of the potholes have been filled in!

Ah! The potholes!..........That might explain why the TOB isn't coming through our village this year grin

Really? When we were watching it there seemed to be filled in potholes everywhere! Just imagine the embarrassment if one of them caused a pothole.

I’ve heard of the Tour de France, but I’ve never heard of the Tour of Britain

My daughter is a cycling tour enthusiast and follows all of them. Almost every country in Europe has a cycling tour of some kind. The Spanish one is called 'La Vuelta (a Espana) and the Italian is Giro (d'Italia)'.

The British tour is less well known than the others.
