Waterproof Mascara for holidays

Can anyone recommend a mascara that won't:
- leave lash marks on eyelid and under eyes as soon as I have put it on
- doesn't smear all over face
- doesn't dry up in the tube after a few weeks
I used Rimmel one which was ok but is so dry 4weeks after purchase.

Thank you, I have Googled but thought the wisdom of Gransnet might stop me wasting my money!!

Max Factor waterproof works well but it is a pain to remove!

The problem is with waterproof mascara its difficult to remove and takes eyelashes with it. I find having eyelashes dyed for a beach/swimming holiday is better.

I swear by Maybelline The Falsies, Waterproof. Its the one in the big fat purple tube so can't miss it.

Also can recommend Boots Essentials own make eye make up remover . Blue bottle. Cheap as chips £1.40 I think and really effective.

Yves Rocher waterproof mascara is great doesn't smudge and comes off easily with waterproof mascara remover and a cotton pad.

I can't tolerate the dye unfortunately and the heat makes most mascaras run. It's a real problem for me.
