petra go straight back to the hairdresser and ask to see her manager (if she isn't the manager of course) and explain your problem and that you are not happy with the result at all,they have to look at the problem you have,there is a relaxing method that can be used to straighten your hair or at least leave it manageable for you,you are within your rights to have this done free of charge,I have just spoken to my DD whose best friend runs her own hairdressing business and this is the procedure she would use if she ever had an unhappy client she said she can loose a lot of business with just one unhappy client.So I would be back off to the salon asap.best of luck.
