I'm quite new to Gransnet so this may have been discussed before. We are off to France in 2 weeks time with both daughters/sons-law & 16th month old grandson (think he will get a lot of attention) to celebrate husband's 70th birthday. I can't swim so never go to a pool but would like to in France as hotel has 2 of them. Not a lot of time left to book any treatments so can anyone help with the best home method to deal with bikini line.

When my lovely man went into St Thomas's for a heart bypass op. the nurse gave us razors and told him to shave ALL OVER!!! I offered to help by shaving his back.

Our laughter coming from the showers could have woken the weakest patient in the ward and probably did.

I can't possibly tell you what he looked like, but the words 'Christmas turkey' spring to mind.

P.S. They let him keep his beard.

Grey bikini line hair would reveal I am not a natural peroxide blonde, so I use Nair Sensitive. Shaving re growth is too prickly!
