Where do you buy your underwear?

Although my name suggests otherwise I am far from tiny. Been a bit disappointed with M&S of late. Where do you buy your smalls? And not so smalls? grin

Just ordered 3 bras online from Berlei. I love their under wired running bras in vibrant colours. I wouldn't run in them but they are great every day bras but I'm a 38DD so need very good support for running. This favourite bra is being discontinued so down to £15 which is great value. I'm going to Bravissimo to be measured for a sports bra on a friend's recommendation.

For all you Prima Donna fans, and I'm one, I thought you might like to know about Empreinte which is my latest from R and P and I love it even more than Prima Donna. Bit more expensive, but prettier and gives a better shape.

Rigby & Peller for bras, they're expensive but definitely worth it. They fit beautifully and make such a difference to the look of clothes. They last really well too - though I always follow their advice to handwash them. Pants from a variety of places, Triumph, Sloggi and M&S for non-VPL.

I get my panties from Tesco. I like their shorts type. For bras I usually go to a specialist shop and be properly fitted.

In France, in a big supermarket callled LeClerc. I like my underwear pretty and floral. UK supermarkets and chain stores seem only to stock white or black.

M&S for knickers and bras but I don't buy underwired bras anymore. I let gravity take over.

John Lewis for the pretty but sensible. Bluebella for best.

If your replying to the OP, she left the building a long time ago.

It'll be 'Rent-a-tent' for me, soon.

M&S, although have also got knickers from Tesco/Asda/Sainsbury in the past. My bras are all M&S although they discontinued the line about 2 years ago. Fortunately, I had a LOT but they are starting to wear out. Not sure what I'll do when they've all had it.

Now that's strange....
I'm sure I remember reading about M0nica's underwear a long time before today.

Perhaps she's mentioned her unmentionables before....

MissAdventure Wed 22-Dec-21 16:21:02

There now, I deliberately didn't read your reply properly, and I already knew you liked 'em frilly and pretty!
I must be going psychic in my old age.. shock

M0nica Wed 22-Dec-21 17:57:55

Not frilly, just pretty. Cant be doing with lace and the like.

For everyday the camisole bras from Primark brilliant for us skinny types, just pull over the head, 3 for about £12. For going out occasions ( not many of them recently) Figleaves sell some good brands. I like Aubade.

My most recent underwear purchase came from Debenhams.

grannyrebel7 Wed 22-Dec-21 19:11:06

Bras from John Lewis and pants from Tesco. We've got a bamboo shop just opened recently here and I've now got some pants made of bamboo too. Very comfy smile

I buy Schiesser. It's a German company & they do 100 per cent cotton panties.

I don't mean to be rude at all, but I don't think I could say the word panties without something happening.
A giggle.
An uncomfortable silence.
smile
I do realise that says much about me, rather than anyone else.

What an unfortunate name -I just hope people pronounce it correctly blush
