How vain are you?

Or rather, what treatments/obsessions/habits do you consider vain? I have my eyelashes tinted every month (I look like a faded photograph otherwise). I paint my own toes - my reasoning is if I carry on doing them every day I'll always be fit enough to - ha! I don't paint my fingers though - that peels off always immediately.
But I certainly don't do a full make up every day. Do you? What are your 'vain' habits?

Ive recently given up colouring my hair and had it cut short,so much less faffing about!
I do my toenails in summer only and have false nails about 3 times a year, once they come off they stay off.
I shave my legs in the summer, there's not much hair there anymore so it doesn't matter if I forget!
I do still wear a bit of makeup most days, Or I spray my face with fake tan otherwise I look ghostly.
I do it to make myself feel better. If other folk don't like how I look, they should avert their eyes!

What do you mean. ana? I just have the same gel polish put on my toes as on my fingers. Lots of people do it.

Im not vain, though I try to make the best of what I have. Roots and trim every 4 weeks, facial hair cream removal every 3 weeks which I do myself and tweezering and shaving elsewhere when necessary. Teeth whitening at dentist every few years and avoiding tea and red wine inbetween. Nail care and varnish myself. Keep as fit as possible to keep the fat at bay and eat as best i can for health. Oh and plenty of water and sleep. All normal self care and definitely not vanity. We all deserve to look and feel good for our own benefit.

I get my eyebrows waxed every 3 weeks and wear make - up for work. Apart from that I'm very low maintenance grin

I like caring for myself. I don't dye my hair or go to the hairdressers but I'm not letting myself go. I enjoy putting on makeup everyday and wearing nail varnish. I like to exfoliate and moisturise my body skin. I exercise most days and monitor my calories. I don't know or care if anyone notices my efforts, I do it for myself.
I feel uncomfortable wearing foundation creams and so on so I spend some time massaging in natural oils instead.
I guess that's vanity but that's OK.

I have my hair cut and styled every 5 weeks, and coloured with foils every 3 months. That for me is a must.grin
However, when I am at work, Whilst my hair is tidy, I never style it as it should be styled, and I never wear make-up, and a body spray is my fragrance.
I am a complete plain jane as I see myself, but for me that is not a problem. Work is work, leisure time is a different matter.
So, on my days off, I really make the effort. I guess that the vanity then kicks in smile
I style my hair immaculately.
I put on my makeup and my designer perfume and make the effort to dress well.
What I love more than anything, is just how many of my work colleagues and indeed friends have not recognised me in my off duty guise, and when they do, the compliments are huge.
My vanity is just temporary, but that is how I like it.
If I was done up to the nines all of the time, then it would be boring.
I like the way that I am, and how I can be when I want to be sunshinesmile
