Dyson Hairdryer £299

Apparently this week sees the launch of the new silent lightweight Dyson hairdryer at £299- will you do you think? Don't think I will much as I like the concept.

Of course you are welcome to spend your money as you think fit, but I still think James Dyson is taking you for a ride.

No hair dryer for me ... wash, tussle and go ...

But a lightweight hairdryer will probably be a massive help for hairdresser's - like mine in the UK, who suffers from terrible hairdresser's shoulder and elbow.

I did read something that hairdressers said it would speed up blow drying and thus help out in a business sense. They will load the cost on to customers anyway.

My hairdresser charges £5 extra to use this dryer. I haven't tried it though. Won't take him long to get his money back, will it ?
