Try ebay. I bought some beautiful ones there last year.

Wooly tights are great for this time of year, got a pair of plum coloured ones and Navy for christmas.

Some nice suggestions in there ladies, planned to go shopping today though ended up doing something else.

I tend to get the larger sized ones. Really been in desperate need of some new ones as winter gets colder. One of my favourite pairs have a hole in them as well.

I find thick leggings much more comfy than tights I wear boots a lot in Winter so just slip on socks with them no one can tell they aren't tights .

Primark have some really nice fleece lined ones, my advise is to get the largest size, I wore them all last winter, really snug.

Cosyfeet sell thick tights. Only black grey or nutral though.

I bought some lovely ones from TK Maxx. Not woollen but fleece lined. They had black and navy.

Does anyone have any recommendations for some really thick Woollen tights as some of the ones I currently own have been worn quite a lot and in desperate need of some new ones. Not too bothered on colours though looking for Navy, Burgundy/Plum, Purple or Black.

Preferrably really warm and cosy and last. The thicker the better that I can wear to work or going out. Used to buy from British Home Stores before they closed.
