I usually find something for everyday wear in Sainsburys but I looked the other day and every top and dress did look like old curtain material really horrible grin

Aaaggghhh ! School dresses spring to mind.
I've just read that strong pink is in vougue, I don't mind that but I loath the dresses that look like your great aunts curtains.

I read in the weekend papers that gingham, flowers, stripes , uneven hems and the colour pink are the trends we should look out for this summer or SS17 as they call it. Anyone taking up any of these? Definitely not gingham for me my Pollyanna days are long gone.
