According to todays Style section of the Sunday Times aesthetic surgeons have decreed that the perfect breast has 45% of tissue above the nipple and 55% below. DH is measuring mine later. Please post your results here and I shall publish my research as a learned paper. 
Not sure how to work this out. Are the surgeons working on a linear skin measurement or volume? Given the irregular shape of breasts, neither rectangular nor circular the calculations needed are quite complex.
I discussed the issue with DH, an engineer, he says he is quite prepared to undertake the extensive investigations that may be necessary to reach an accurate and reliable result
I have visions of one of those cartoons with the wrinkly old girl whose nipples are in line with her pants 95 % above 5% below.
