When I said white won't show the snow - I meant that, if you get stuck in a snowdrift, if there was an avalanche then white will not show up - you need something bright so that the rescuers can see you.
Although I suppose St Bernards just sniff you out and bring you brandy.
Does anybody really agonise to this extent over what to wear with a (padded) jacket? How on earth do some people get dressed in the morning, whether or not they are seeking compliments?
Do I see a pale blue trim on the jacket? If so go for that, otherwise I would go for a strong pastel colour, if you see what I mean? Strong primrose yellow.
Why don’t you just tell it “You’re a lovely jacket, quite the nicest jacket on the slopes, I think you are very sexy and I’d like to take you home” Further compliments should be superfluous.
Hi. Not too worried about budget & really not keen on black ! I have white gloves so I guess white salopettes will look good but fancied something brighter that will still compliment the jacket !
