Help needed please! I’m 69 and I know this is payback time from all the sunbathing in my youth, but I have the arms of a 90 year old, they so wrinkled, dry and awful. I am resigned to long sleeves for ever but is there anything I could do?

I thought the same about mine as I put a short sleeved t shirt on today. I slathered some sun cream on, and just got on with it.

I think life's too short to dwell on it, and if you have a lovely smile that's what people will remember.

I suppose if it's really bugging you then buy some gorgeous long sleeved tops.

Mine are not wrinkly but fat and flabby ?

Being a bit chubby has its good points- no wrinkles

Long sleeves or at least bracelet length (I suspect that is why they were invented! )

Thanks for your comments, I’ll have to slather on loads of eye make up to distract and smile grin

I dislike my wrinkled upper arms but they still work, and I like wearing sleeveless tops. So I do!

I had really crinkly arms about 15 months ago, as i had lost weight, but crinkly no more,i have put 1 stone on and its made a big difference, i was beginning to look and feel like a prune,
Try putting a bit of weight on, if you are very slim, i suspect you are smile

I also put loads of moisturiser on before i go to to sleep, on hands arms and legs, unless after a shower then all over
It has paid off i think

I use Bio Oil after a shower. It seems to be keeping the wrinkles at bay and might even have improved things a bit (in a flattering light!)

Not forgetting that you also lose muscle thickness as you get older----that which gives the strength to limbs, which is more noticeable in slimmer people when it decreases.
