Red Joan - hats!

Enjoyed this on Netflix, and really liked young Joan's various berets! So I ordered one online. Definitely called a beret. However when it turned up it more of a tam o shanter. It's double thickness wool and looks like a proper woolly bonnet, on me at any rate. I think that the only time I can wear it is when there's a heap of snow on the ground and I am walking the dog! So much for the idea of a cute hat.
