On the GN Daily page there's a featured about thinning eyebrows and a link to forum discussions. This link took me to a defunct thread and suggested starting a new one, so here goes!
Of the many remedies for thinning eyebrows, one was growth serums. I've used these (Rapidbrow) and they really work but as soon as you stop using them the new hair disappears and you're back to square one! (Same applies to eyelash serums and, probably, scalp treatments for hair loss.) They are not cheap so it's worth knowing.
I'm actually in the process of doing this myself! Let me tell you what's worked for me.
One of the biggest helpers has been using a natural oil-based moisturizer as part of my daily regimen. I recommend something enhanced with vitamin E or coconut oil. These oils can also be purchased on their own for fairly cheap at a grocery store or pharmacy. If you plan on using just the straight oil (I use a moisturizer with the oils in it already just to make my life easier) then apply just a bit to your eyebrow area focusing on where you want your brows to grow. Do this overnight that way you don't go around with an oily face during the day!
Next, the biggest step is to resist plucking or touching your brows for a while. This might be hard (it is for me) but the only way they'll grow is if you let them! This is the most tedious part of the process, but have patience! One of the best ways to do this while maintaining a clean look is to fill them in lightly.
