Excellent result - you must be very pleased.

It's something I've considered.

Fantastic before and after photos. My aunt and my cousin had it done and I think I need it too.

My husband had this done just over 12 months ago. His eyes were like little slits and the improvement is great. He also has far less irritation from his eyelashes. His was done as a day surgery and within a couple of weeks all was healed.

I had this done many years ago, it was the best thing i ever did
I had bells palsy a few years later and one eye ended up looking smaller than the other, which i hated
Two years ago my optician did a peripheral eye test on that eye and referred me to the Dr suggesting an eyelid lift
My Dr referred me to the hospital, and i had to have the test
9 months later i had what they classed as a browlify, as the did it from under the brow,
I know it wasn't done for a cosmetic reason, but it is so good now,i was thrilled, and not even a scar , the stitches were dissolving ones
I had spoken to the Dr i see for glaucoma tests and he asked why my eye was smaller and seemed half closed.it was him who suggested seeing the optician in the first place
I told him jokingly and said i would like to have it corrected but would have to save up,
He said oh don't pay for it we will do it, couldn't believe a Dr would ever say that
The surgeon who did the op was a lady, and she said sometimes they drop again, if it does come back and we will do it again
So anyone having problems with peripheral vision, ask your optician to refer you

I was actually offered this at the glaucoma clinic, to improve peripheral vision.

It’s the only cosmetic surgery I would consider. It was very successful for you. You look much younger even though we can only see a bit of you

I too have had upper and low lid surgery, must be over twenty years ago now, one of the best things I ever spent money on.

My goodness what a difference. I am like your before picture and have considered it, but will probably settle for the status quo.

I had one done about three years ago. What happened is that when doing cataracts they had somehow stretched it down. The op was fine and they “matched”- eyes that is. Made me feel so much better. I expect you did as well. Well done.

I had upper eyelift surgery (Blepharoplasty) done a year ago in Essex to fix drooping eyelids (see before and after pics) which became more noticeable as I got older. Finally, I plucked up courage to get it done but at the time found it hard to source real life experiences of the surgery, the after effects and final results on the internet from those in the UK.. So, if you are thinking of having it done and need to ask about it, feel free!
