Sounds good, tanith - might splash out on one of those. Now it’s longer my hair’s a bit unruly!

I have Babyliss Big Hair styler, it takes a few goes to get used to it as you switch the rotation depending on which side you are drying. I let my hair almost air dry before I start styling it. There are lots of tutorials on utube I think.

Your hair

tanith your does look nice, what brush would you recommend as mine lacks volume?

My hair’s quite like yours, Tanith, though I’m blonde. Interesting about the rotating brush - I might get one, as my hair is quite wavy and looks straggly as it gets longer. Normally have it cut every 6 weeks, but not been since March! Pic from
last year - much longer and wayward now!

Me too this year Tanith I’ve grown mine and I like the softer look it gives - plus I can pin it (just) in a messy up-do or wear a headband which is a complete novelty for me!

Tanith Lovely hair!

Thanks, mokryna I’ve not used straighteners, I have a rotating hot brush it’s been a revelation in straightening my curly locks I can do it now in 5/6 mins.

Do you have a pinterest account? Just put in a medium length hair style in the search space and you will get lots of ideas! Mind you their medium length I would consider longish, so maybe try shoulder length, or chin length.

Tanith, yours looks lovely! I've let mine go grey this year, but it's shorter than it has been in years. I may grow it longer again next year once the colour is all grown out.

Thank goodness for straighteners, wish they had been around when I was a teenager.

My hairs curly usually short but its not been cut for nearly a year and I do straighten it sometimes. Took this pic to show my daughters how long it had gotten, I'm liking having it longer for a change its more versatile.

I am thinking of trying this hairstyle. I need pictures to look at, and input. I am new to Gransnet. Thanks in advance!
